Mobil ASK agrees with Samsung to terminate agreement by yearend.

In accordance and good faith with Samsung customer care management, Mobil ASK Group management has agreed with Samsung to terminate mobile repair cooperation in Czech Republic, due to poor business results for Mobil ASK and low volumes.

we would like to inform you that since 31st October 2008 the company Mobil ASK Slovakia, Ltd. has discontuinued warranty and out-of-warranty repair services of mobile phones K-Touch distributed in the territory of Slovakia and the Czech republic by the company C.S. Trade & Investmenet, Ltd.

Mobil ASK Group passes 3 year ISO 9001:2000 reaudit by TUV Bayern

The complete reaudit (due every 3 years, in between years are revision audits) has been successfully conducted by TUV Bayern auditor team during the end of October, and the result is excellent without any major discrepancies, only a few suggestions.

This award was given following results from audit of phone and accessory services. We are very proud of this appreciation and will strive to improve the quality of our service for all clients.

2008 January

Mobil ASK Hungary starts to deliver services for Romania and Bulgaria.

Following the suggestion of Customer Care management for South East Europe region, Mobil ASK has started to work cross border for the Romanian market, with high end repairs of Nokia phones. Following Vodafone, being the first operator to transfer volumes to Hungary, all 3 operators are now regularly transferring repairs to Hungary on a weekly basis.

Starting to work for Bulgarian operators, was decided after the processes were in place for Romania, and the flow of repair jobs became smooth.

Mobil ASK Czech repair hub relocated in Prague

Due to change of ownership or use of site, Mobil ASK left its previous site (Mezihoří 2) in Prague and is now installed in newly renovated site in Prague 4, Antala Staška 1859/34, easily accessible by all means of transport and offering comfortable environment for walk-in clients.
